A four-room apartment with a kitchen. It is a two-story unit with an entrance from the courtyard. Centrally located, close to restaurants and attractions in the city center. Close to Östercentrum and the bus terminal. Access to a courtyard with outdoor furniture and a grill.
Sleeping arrangements include three sofa beds in the living room on the ground floor, two beds in the smaller bedroom upstairs, three beds in the larger bedroom upstairs, and two beds in the hallway upstairs. Pillows and blankets are provided. Maximum 10 people.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove with cooktop and oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Equipped with dishes, glasses, etc. Coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. Open fireplace.
TV, iron, ironing board, and a private washer and dryer.
Two restrooms, one on each floor.
There is shared Wi-Fi in the building.
The location is very central.
During your stay, comforters and pillows are included. You must bring your own towels and sheets. Both sheets and towels are available for rent. The price is 300 SEK per set, which includes sheets and a towel. Please let us know if you’d like to rent them, preferably well in advance.
A high chair and/or crib are included if needed.
A grill and outdoor furniture are available in the courtyard.
