A detached stone house situated on its own quiet lot in Eskelhem, not far from Tofta Beach. The house has a floor area of approximately 100 m2, with a small upper floor and an attic. The main room, which houses the kitchen and living room, features high ceilings.
Good bus service year-round; about 1 km to the bus stop on Toftavägen.
The ground floor has two bedrooms, each with two 90-beds. The upper floor, one flight of stairs up, has two 90-beds, and the loft, up a steep flight of stairs, has two 90-beds. There are 8 beds in total.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, induction cooktop, refrigerator, and freezer. Equipped with dishes, glasses, etc. Coffee maker, electric mixer, toaster.
TV, stereo system, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, washing machine, and dryer.
Fiber with Wi-Fi.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you'll need to bring your own towels and sheets, or rent them.
The price is 300 SEK per set, which includes a sheet and a towel. Please let us know if you'd like to rent one—preferably well in advance.
A high chair and/or crib are included if needed.
A grill and outdoor furniture are available in the courtyard.
A maximum of 8 people may stay in the apartment
