A three-room apartment on the ground floor with a kitchen window facing S:t Hansgatan and rooms facing Lybska gränd and the courtyard. Entrance from the stairwell. The location is very central. Access to the courtyard via the stairwell.
The sleeping arrangements consist of two beds in each bedroom—for a total of 4—as well as two sofa beds that can be converted into two double beds, each 140 cm wide. Maximum of 8 sleeping spots.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. Equipped with dishes, glasses, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.
Two restrooms.
TV with basic channels, iron, ironing board, access to a shared laundry room with an iron and ironing board. There is shared Wi-Fi in the building.
The courtyard has shared outdoor furniture and grills. The location is very central.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you'll need to bring your own towels and sheets, or rent them.
The price is 300 SEK per set, which includes a sheet and a towel. Please let us know if you'd like to rent one—preferably well in advance.
A high chair and/or crib are included if needed.
Barbecues and outdoor furniture are available in the courtyard.
A maximum of 6 people may stay in the apartment

A rental week runs from 5:00 p.m. on Sunday (the previous week) to 11:00 a.m. on the following Sunday (the rental week)
