A one-room apartment of approximately 26 square meters on the basement level, with an entrance from the shared courtyard. Windows face Funcks Gränd and the courtyard. The apartment features a separate toilet, a separate shower room, a small kitchen area, and a bedroom with a closet.
Kitchen area with a table along the wall and two high chairs. Kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Suitable for breakfast or light meals, but not for large dinner parties, for obvious reasons. Equipped with dishes, glasses, etc., as well as a coffee maker and toaster.
The sleeping arrangements consist of two beds in the bedroom. Pillows and blankets are provided. Maximum 2 people.
TV with basic channels, access to a shared laundry room with an iron and ironing board. There is shared Wi-Fi in the building.
The courtyard has shared outdoor furniture and grills. The location is very central.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but you'll need to bring your own towels and sheets, or rent them.
The price is 300 SEK per set, which includes a sheet and a towel. Please let us know if you'd like to rent one—preferably well in advance.
A high chair and/or crib are included if needed.
Barbecues and outdoor furniture are available in the courtyard.

A rental week runs from 5:00 p.m. on Sunday (the previous week) to 11:00 a.m. on the following Sunday (the rental week)
